Well.. front desk sometimes not greeting guess even i greeted they are not greeting me back no reaction 😆.. lobby.. is lack of guess couches for us if needed.to wait for our family we need to stand long in the lobby.. only two chair can u imagine that?. ang daming bawal sa hotel that u cannot enjoy ur stay well.. amenities.. microwave is defective.. some lights not working.. 7/10 score but still good.
Wynwood is so underrated. It’s actually a good place to stay. Besides its central location close to several malls, this hotel also boasts its superb hospitality. The moment we arrived, everyone was warm and kind. They even try to accommodate your request, just like we were able to check out late. We were expecting to be disappointed, but our room was very clean and spacious, even the bathroom. The hotel offers decent products, but if you are very particular with your toiletries and sundries, you may want to pack them to you. Our overnight stay came with breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was amazing (the soup, beef tapa, and selection of bread were my favorite). The restaurant has an al fresco space overlooking the iconic San Miguel building (pictured here), if you wanted to eat outside. When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful and even assisted us to load our luggage into our cab. Overall, it’s a great stay.

The room is decent and clean. The hotel looks new and fresh. But be aware that besides thin grey, overused towels, the hotel has 0 basics - No water kettle, no slippers, and no complimentary water, tea, or coffee. However, there is a 7/11 downstairs in the building. WIFI is ok. The bathroom is a disaster. Whatever you do, due to the misplaced bathroom screen, the whole bathroom floods during showering. It has only a rainshower, and as the bathroom is small, the water goes beyond the screen. Also, there is no proper drainage, so after showering the water doesn't flush away, and you have to walk through the puddle of water if you go to the toilet.
Thank you so much for staycation experience as we celebrate our unico ijo 13th birthday with Astoria from our check-in up to our check out. We had a great and relaxing night.
JJhazmhineIt has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast.
PPretty Kusinera LakwatseraI’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy.
However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process.
While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.
MMARY ROSEThe towels were not the usual new clear white towels we get from other hotels we go to. It was rough on the skin. There was no ready vault in the room, we had to request for it. The lighting in the room seemed lacking. Furniture needs improvement & change. Breakfast was good though. The location is ideal.
