Park Lake Luxury Hotel

A very good option to stay away from the buzz of Pucon. Located right on the shore of the Villarrica lake, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, sunbathing - everything you need in order to relax. Each room is facing the lake and has its own terrace (although no sunset views, unfortunately, due to the geographic location). A little bit overpriced during the high season and really away from the main attractions of Pucon (which means that you need your own transportation), but otherwise a very comfortable option.

Great and full nature resort in one of the most beautiful zone of Chile. Staff really kind and I appreciate their hospitality

Entramos em contato com o hotel para reclamar sobre o valor cobrado erroneamente, entretanto eles ficam de fazer o depósito e não o fazem. Já fazem mais de 15 dias e até hoje o valor não nos foi reembolsado.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this hotel. They charged me twice for the same booking and, despite my repeated efforts over several months, have failed to refund the overcharged amount. Initially, the hotel staff acknowledged the mistake and assured me that the refund was being processed. Later, they claimed the money was "stuck with the bank" — a vague excuse with no evidence provided. Since then, all communication has gone silent. They first stopped responding on WhatsApp, then on Instagram, and now they no longer reply to emails either. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it borders on consumer harassment. Hotels are in the business of hospitality — at the very least, one expects transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel lacks all three. Their complete lack of integrity and disregard for guests once payment is received should serve as a red flag to any traveler. I strongly caution anyone considering this property — if something goes wrong, there is a real risk you'll be ignored, misled, and financially exploited. I will be reporting this matter to relevant consumer authorities and online platforms to ensure others don’t face the same ordeal. Travelers deserve better. Avoid this hotel.

This is one of the hotels that you regret leaving it. Great location & outstanding srvice (especially Juan from the front desk). The room was pefect with a view to the lake. Our special breakfast was prepared to our full satisfaction. Price was fair to this hotel type.

Great to have this fantastic hotel and location operational again. You can feel the gigantic work in the reopening and effort to establish one more time a 5 star experience in this area of Chile. The new team is helpful and very profesional. It is by far the best SPA in the area.
